You can request help without signing in. Website subscriptions have unsubscribe links in the emails; app-account and mailing-list removal are separate requests.

## What happens after contacting us

The form confirms that your message has been saved for the team. It does not promise an immediate reply or automatically carry out a deletion or account change. We may reply to the address you provide and may need to verify account ownership before making a sensitive change. Sending a support message does not subscribe you to marketing.
